SK-W vs USA-W Dream11 FIBA Live Prediction South Korea Women vs USA Women
SK-W vs. USA-W Dream11: The FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup just started a few days ago and the group stage is already coming to an end. It was a fun tournament but yes most of the results were in expected territory. In this group stage game, South Korea will face the United States of America.
Korea finally picked up their first victory of the tournament after beating Bosnia and Herzegovina 99:66 as Leeseul Kang collected 33 points. It was Korea’s first win in three games. On the other hand, USA did what they do best, DOMINATE! They faced strong resistance from China but won 77:63 as A’ja Wilson dropped 20 points. The United States have now won three games and will unsurprisingly advance to the quarter-finals.
Timing of matches: September 26, @ 09:30 (+05:30 UTC)
Location: Sydney SuperDome, Sydney, Australia
SK-W vs USA-W Dream11 FIBA WOMEN’S World Cup Screenings, Statistics and Analysis
Korea lost to China by over 50 points and then Belgium beat them by over 20 points. The last game was practically up for grabs and oh boy did they deliver. However, the grind only gets tougher, they look set to lose to the United States, so the game against a fiery Puerto Rico after this one becomes a must win. Finally, Leeseul Kang showed up in the last game against the weak Bosnian defense and the Park duo did too. Korea surely missed the services of JiSu Park, which would have given them size inside.
There is not much to say about the United States. They are too high above other units and they can even win with their second unit. Wilson, Plum, and Gray only make a scary list even bigger. Breanna Stewart and Alyssa Thomas continue to dominate the scene, and the United States is loaded both inside and out. The defense is as solid as it gets and Team USA is likely to win another trophy. Seriously, what team can stop them?

FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup Results, Fantasy Basketball Top Picks
Breanna Stewart (US-W)
Breanna sparkled as always and while she doesn’t score much, she provides elite rebounding, defense and plenty more. I expect her to be in 12-18 points, 7-10 rebounds and 1-2 blocks/steals.
Leeseul Kang (SK-W)
Leeseul finally found his footing in the final game and clicked seven marks from deep while being a versatile threat. I expect it to be in the 11-16 point range here.
Post-artistic player, hammering rebounder and elite defender, Wilson can pull multiple teams out of his pockets. I expect a range of 18-25 points and 7-11 rebounds. It can be selected as Star/Pro Player in the Dream 11 Prediction script.
Jihyun Park (SK-W)
Jihyun has been huge as a playmaker and can be a decent factor on the attacking side. I think she will be 8-12 points and 4-6 assists.
Alyssa Thomas (US-W)
Thomas is my favorite player right now and her ability to read the opponent’s attack and defense while doing literally everything is amazing. I expect her to be in 10-16 points, 6-11 rebounds, 4-7 assists and 2-4 steals.
Hyejin Park (SK-W)
Hyejin finally found his shot in the last game, but the US defense is unlikely to give him space. I expect it to be in the 7-11 point range here.
Chelsea Gray (US-W)
Chelsea comes into the picture after winning the WNBA Finals MVP award and seriously, she is a huge problem as an iso planner. I expect her to be between 14 and 19 points here.
Danbi Kim (SK-W)
Danbi’s shot was far and it hurt Korea a lot, and against the United States things will only get trickier. I expect it to be in the 5-9 point range here.
Kahleah Copper (USA-W)
Copper’s athleticism and springy steps make her a defensive nightmare and she can be up for a big night anytime. I expect a range of 9-14 points and 3-5 rebounds.
Yebin Yoon (SK-O)
Yoon gives depth to the guard post. I expect it to be in the 3-6 point range here.
Jewell Loyd (US West)
Jewell has been a quick scorer but has been a little slow this year. I expect a range of 7-11 points here.
Inyoung Yang (SK-O)
Yang did not receive enough minutes.
Plum Kelsey (USA-W)
Kelsey’s role may be limited on this busy team, but she can still set up an offensive clinic.
Jihyun Shin (SK-W)
Jihyun did a decent job as a third playmaker.
